He moved to Kentucky and founded his own spirits company: Rabbit Hole. Rabbit Hole Distillery crafts modern bourbon with a vision of challenging the status quo within bourbon. It starts with 5 distinct grains (70% corn, 13% rye, 10% malted rye, 4% chocolate malted wheat, and 3% chocolate malted barley) and 3 different malts. The whiskey is matured in handcrafted, wood-fired, toasted, and charred casks for 6 years before being bottled non-chill filtered at a cask strength of 109.8 proof. The bold and complex limited-edition expression pays tribute to Kentucky's rich tradition of horseracing.
