This is quite a remarkable creation from Clase Azul Tequila. The brand took its Tequila Plata and then blended that with a reposado Tequila it had matured in French oak casks as well as an Extra Añejo aged in American bourbon barrel and finished in Pedro Ximenez sherry casks.

Nose: Agave syrup, green apple, orange peel, fresh fig, raisins, light notes of almond and walnut.

Palate: Toasted wood, fig, green olive, ginger, cocoa / dark chocolate.

Finish: Crisp and smooth.
